Abdul Qadir (General Manager)

Qadir is a capable results orientated general manager with experience of leading high performance teams and of successfully increasing efficiency and productivity whilst reducing costs and inefficiencies. He has ability to keep a level head at all times, nurtures and grow a business, evaluate opportunities and risks and also deliver innovative new solutions to challenges. Possessing excellent client facing and configuration skills and highly successful in helping in defining company direction, achieving goals and optimizing business opportunities. He belongs to the exchange industry since 2006.He began his career as a floor manager and progressed up to the director level at “ROYAL INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE PVT LTD” biggest exchange in Pakistan having almost more than 20 branches. In “SHAHEEN MONEY EXCHANGE LLC” his career started five years ago as General Manager. He is ACCA qualified which makes our company finance side strong. Not only is that but our audit area also comprehensively tackled and improved under his guide line and supervision. He structured and implemented GAAP,IAS&IFRS as appropriate in accounting system for the company. He has done a great effort in developing business for our organization. He has also been attending AML workshops on regular basis of FERG and Central Bank of the UAE. He also deals with the central bank during the midterm and annual audits ,and takes full responsibility with due diligence to mitigate the loopholes in compliance and regularly review the compliance effectiveness .He is an aggressive team player and this approach makes our organization more vibrant.
